Last updated: 10 September 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how DK-NEJET GROUP B.V. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) processes personal data collected through the website https://dk-nejet-invest.com/ (the “Site”). We act as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”).

DK-NEJET GROUP B.V. is a private company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, registration number 869105875, with its registered office at Weesperstraat 107, 1018VN Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact data you submit voluntarily (e.g. name, work email address, company or website, and the content of your message) when contacting us through the Site.
  • Documents you upload through our contact form (for example a company profile). These files, and any personal data they contain, are transmitted to us by email and stored together with the related correspondence.
  • Technical and usage data collected by our analytics tools once you consent: anonymised IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referrer URL, pages viewed, time on page, interaction and session-replay events, and approximate geographic location.
  • Security data processed to protect the Site against automated abuse, including IP address, browser characteristics and challenge results generated by Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Consent records indicating your cookie preferences.

3. Legal basis and purposes

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for analytics and performance cookies and any optional tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to operate the Site, to protect it against spam, bots and malicious activity, and to maintain its security and availability.
  • Pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to respond to your enquiries and to assess a possible business relationship.

4. Cookies, analytics and security services

Analytics scripts are loaded only after you grant consent through our cookie banner. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all consent categories set to “denied” by default; they are updated to “granted” only once you accept. Until then, no analytics or advertising storage is used.

Subject to your consent, we use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WFDNCGKX), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to load:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — traffic measurement, with IP anonymisation enabled.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — behavioural analytics, including heatmaps and session recordings of your interaction with the Site.

Independently of your analytics choice, we use Cloudflare, Inc. as a content delivery network and Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions are not automated. These services are strictly necessary for the security and availability of the Site and are therefore active on the basis of our legitimate interest; they process your IP address and technical browser data.

Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare may transfer data to servers outside the EU/EEA. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on Standard Contractual Clauses. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie preferences link on the Site, or opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Recipients

We share personal data only with processors that support the operation of the Site (hosting, content delivery and bot protection, analytics, and email delivery). All processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Microsoft Clarity session data is retained in line with the provider’s standard retention period. Contact correspondence and any documents you send us are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may exercise these rights by contacting hello@dk-nejet-invest.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
